 The goal of The Service Program software is to simplify your life by helping you effortlessly manage your service business. That’s why we’re committed to ensuring that each of our existing customers can maximize the tools and functionality provided in our software.  

The key to the success of any software program is training. Learning how to use The Service Program before you implement it will enable you to hit the ground running. We offer convenient, ongoing training to our current customers:

  • Conducted online using the latest in web conferencing technology
  • Additional intermediate courses may be held throughout the month.
  • Training sessions are typically 1 -2 hours long.
  • Register up to 2 days prior to class.
  • Submit a question prior to class and we will do our best to cover it.
  • By giving you the opportunity to ask a question ahead of time, our trainers will analyze and group questions accordingly.
  • You will have the opportunity to ask additional questions during the course.
  • As with many training sessions, you may find that some of the material is below your current skill level, while some may be above it. 
  • We also have a knowledge base that contains many of the questions and answers covered in our training sessions.
