Training For Our Customers Is Free

We have a live trainer standing by Monday thru Friday 2PM-3PM to answer our customers questions.

The Service Program offers LIVE training classes five days a week that you or your staff can attend? All these classes are FREE for registered users and are recorded so that you may watch them again at your leisure.

  • In order to attend classes you must be current with your support
  • Classes generally last no more than 1 hour
  • Register at least 2 days in advance of classes
  • Most classes are recorded and placed online for future viewing
  • Sessions Start 5 minutes after the scheduled start time and are canceled if there are no attendees by 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Beginners - Monday AM Session

Routing/Mapping - Monday PM Session

This session covers how to setup and manage the route schedule inside The Service Program in addition to setting up billing customers on the route schedule. We also demonstrate how to use Mappoint to map and optimize your routes.

Rentals - Tuesday AM Session

Topics Discussed: Rental Inventory Setup, Creating a Rental, Deliveries and Pickups and Rental Billing.

Beginners Training & Discussion - Wednesday PM Session

Topics Discussed: Customer Information, Tasks, Leads, Quotes and Contracts.

Billing - Thursday AM Session

Topics Discussed: Invoicing, Route Billing, Batch Billing, Rental Billing and other scenarios.
