Maintain rental item list, including QuickBooks® item code, item grouping, charges, and more
Maintain rental inventory list, including serial number, rental status, location, charges, and more
View rental inventory on routes, including number of customers and stops
Establish rental customer rates and billing cycle
View rental inventory transactions by customer and job, including item(s) rented, serial number, billing cycle, dates issued and returned, and charges
Charge by the day, week or month with ability to assign discounts and/or add charges for damage, fuel, and more
Generate pre-billing reports
Evaluate pending transactions and rental pickups not billed, including lapse times, notes, and more
View open rental invoices by customer, job, and item and generate reports
